It's presently 69.5 degrees on Molasses.... this hasn't happened in a few years.

We where getting readings from 68 to 70 at North Dry Rocks yesterday. Its really cold outside this morning, wonder how low the water temp. will drop to tomorrow morning?

So can we bookmark this thread and refer to it every time an out of state visitor inquires "how cold does it get in Key Largo in the winter and do I need a wetsuit?"

My boat is staying right where it is!!! Laugh all you want but we had the heat on last night

You are not kidding it got cold here :shocked2: Dang I need a coat to keep warm today... To heck with diving.. In fact I was asked this morning if I would like to go diving :rofl3: The look on my face told him what I thought of that:rofl3::rofl3::coffee::coffee:

I think the above graphic is directly from NOAA's website and will and show present conditions and history for 5 days.

so it won't show winter conditions but just the current conditions.

hey you should come dive with us in Monterey, its warm here (well relatively...).
The outside temp is about 53 (expect 60 by 2 pm) and the ocean buoys are saying
that the ocean temp is a warm 54 -- about as warm as it gets.

That's correct, that image updates every two hours (I think that's the interval)

All that global warming.

Al Gore invented the internet so he could tell us about global warming :)
