Hi, I just called and gave the CC#, Capt. Ray said that so far there are 5 SB members confirmed, and he is going to call 1 back. Have fun at Catalina this weekend, I can't make it as I went last week on the Sand Dollar and I think that Mastercard and my wife have been communicating concerning all of my scuba related expenses. Just to clarify on the Oct poll, I went for the 1st, but that is because it arrives before the 29th (Or was it the 30th?). Either way, unless work intervenes, I would like to try for both (Will be in San Diego on the 14th/15). Can anyone offer insights on either the Las Flores or La Paloma hotels on Catalina? Dr Bill, are there other spots you would recommend for myself and non-diving wife (Her idea of roughing it is to open the window of the hotel room) for a weekend in Sept?

I haven't yet called Ray but I will tomorrow. Sorry to break the confirmation first rule but I'm unsure when I'll have a web connection again to let you know that I am going. We're away for a couple weeks. I can call him tomorrow though!

UPDATE: I left him a phone message and I sent him an email with my credit card info a few days ago. We're in Canada and have limited access to the web or phones so I'll follow-up next weekend, eh?

Well, thank goodness for cancellations! Looks like you'll be able to make it to your first dive after all.

...and it makes it a nice even number. I like even numbers.

Ok, dumb question....
They provide us with AL80 tanks on the Sundiver, which is cool. Also cool that the AL80 are full w/ additional fills at $$ to us (no problem).

But I really, really love my Steel 80 and want to use it? :07: Can I bring and use my Steel 80 instead?
