Looking forward to it.... unless I hit it earlier, should be doing dive #700 that weekend :D

I just got off the phone with Ray.

Ray has all of the people on the list in the first post on his list plus a couple of people whose names I could not match up with ScubaBoard usernames most likely because I have not met them in person.

The rest of the boat is filled with a few people from Aloha Dive and some of them might be from ScubaBoard as well.

It is a full boat and people are on a list in case there are cancellations, so be sure to let Ray know right away if you can't make it. Ray's list is the one that really counts.

Robert Phillips:
Does Ray let people show up the night before and sleep on the boat?

Just a quick FYI- Sundiver is scheduled for a night lobster dive the night before, will return to dock at 2:30-3 am. So if you want to sleep on the boat the night before, it will cost you $85 (but you get 2 dives, fills and snacks thrown in for free). Just make a reservation and be there by 7 pm.

I called Captain Ray tonight to tell him I must cancel my 2 spots. I'll be flying to Michigan. Two lucky people on the wait list are going to get a call!

You all have a great time. I had really been looking forward to this trip so hopefully we'll be able to recreate the roster on a future dive!

Should be a single left.

I'll be solo for this trip. Just cancelled my 2nd spot. Can't wait to dive with you guys.

Who all is spending the night? I'm thinking about it.

I think Ray has the boat out the night before, so you'd better ask him to see if there will be a boat to stay on the night before. ;)

It will be great to see you again, Lexy.

I'm bummed, Deb. Next time....

PS: Ana - Arnaud is coming. He grabbed one of the open spots...

I just called and asked Ray if it would be OK for me to bring my own tanks (3) since I would really like to dive NITROX and my regulator uses a DIN valve. Ray expressed some concern about the ability of the boat to safely manage a large number of tanks beyond the ones he has on board as his normal compliment. Are there any other divers who are planning on bringing multiple tanks? If we have too many I fear that somebody will be left out in the cold. The Sundiver has a compressor on board, but it does not pump hyperfiltered air so my "O2 Clean" tanks should not be refilled by his compressor unless I want to have my tank(s) and valve(s) cleaned. If there is only a very small number of divers bringing tanks I think everything will be fine, but Ray seemed concerned.

Thanks,

Mark Vlahos
