Is the MK-5 turrent bolt the same size as in the MK-10 and 20?.

No. The mK5 uses a standard socket and the Mk10/20 have a allen wrench. The Mk5 turret bolt was a tad on the light side and that was corrected in later models so they are not compatible.
 
The extension in the photo was for example, you would supply your own if I made the tool. That said, IF there is enough room in the socket, an adapter for the ST socket may be an option, see the brass piece in the smaller photos. I use sockets with a 1/2 drive so there is plenty of room for the 1/4 drive and still enough material remaining. The ST socket uses a 3/8 drive so the adapter would need to be taller.....lets talk off line, we may can work a deal. I will PM you .
