I have one Atomic Aquatics Ti DIN first stage and one Atomic Aquatics Ti Yoke first stage that I am rebuilding on a custom basis. You can get it in any material you want as long as it is titanium 
.
These are originally T1/T2 first stages. It can built with either a SS or monel piston. It can built environmentally sealed or not. The buyer's choice.
My regs have the monel piston and are sealed. My good friend @Geo7 his versions have the SS piston and are not sealed. Each have their pros and cons. Both of us dive these regs using air and nitrox interchangeably.
Here are the costs:
Base reg $350
SS piston add $0
Monel piston add $25
Standard Trim Ring add $0
Environmental seal add $25.
Yoke add $0
DIN add $50
Includes CONUS shipping
