Hi
I"m in a similar spot.. I have an old Dacor 600 1st stage on my Pony.
Diving in fresh water yesterday.. look down and my 1st stage is hanging off. I likely fumble-fingered it
I have not run any air thru it since.

So .. what to do? Does the above advice apply to the Dacor as well?
Take the hoses off and run air thru it?
Or take it to the shop.

Tanks in advance

The MK-2 is piston regulator so most of the advice given would be applicable to piston regulators. I am not sure if the 600 is a piston or diaphragm regulator. If it is a diaphragm and you remove the cap (retainer?) you will need to replace the diaphragm.

thanks .. Pretty sure its a diaphragm reg.. Theres's a soft rubber seal at the back of it.
I think I'll run this past my LDS for advice before I do anything.
