Missing Diver & Dog

Anyone know anything about the diver that went missing with the dog in St. John. We were all down at the beach this evening and we saw the community trying to find them and holding the other little dog. Heard mixed rumor about being run over by a boat or falling off a boat with the 2nd dog. Two of the people said they thought he was an instructor from FL.

Dogs were with him in small dinghy and small one came back to shore. Other one and him missing.
