Hi, we have a Bauer TMV2-4/0 Mini-Verticus and we have an issues with the second stage safety valve on top of the separator lifting. As soon as the pressure reaches 60BAR Approx it lifts as if the 3rd stage is not doing anything. We have stripped it and changed the valves in the 3rd stage, we have also had the piston and liner out and everything looks to be in perfect condition. Stage 1 & 2 get warm while running suggesting they are working but 3 does not. Has anyone had any issue like this or have any other ideas we can try everything else on the machine appears to be working ok, We have new piston and sleeve and valves on order. Thanks in advance.

Fit the parts you have on order first.
If you still have the fault.
i have found the auto drain system to be the fault.
Still cant get my head around just what was wrong
2 service kits sorted things out

There is so much more you can do with a manual that has oring and seal sizes
