Something is not right here. Perhaps Finns are more aggressive, careless or cavalier in their attitude towards diving and risk taking?

They are almost certainly doing dives nobody else in the world is capable of doing apart from a few Poles, who also have the proximity to sites, time, money, and resources to do extreme cold water diving.

Do you have any basis to say they are cavalier about the risks?
