I’m in the process of switching my hoses to MiFlex and will be getting a long hose, never had one of these before, but it is the right thing to do

Can you please tell/ show me how you route your long hose during a dive:
bungee to pony, clips, round your neck, stuffed into wing D rings, tie a knot in it?

I dive a wing, single steel 10 + a 13cf back mounted pony
I did 21 dives with the pony side slung, but I really didn’t get on with it, so back it went

It would be great if you had pictures of how you route yours and I can give it a try and see what works best for me

Thanks

Venus

In the usual fashion.

Down the right side, behind can light, up left side, behind neck, reg in mouth. If no can light (I always dive with one) you can put a knife sheath on the right side and go behind that, or you can tuck it in your waist belt.

Thanks Ray

how do you wear your short hose?
I currently have a necklace

and, does your long hose go across your body at the same level as your dry suit hose?
because I clip my guage to my dry suit hose and I feel like there may be too much going on in that area .... will need to give it a try

I use a 5 ft (no caves or wreck penetration.)

Under the right arm, across the chest, over the left shoulder and around the back of the neck.

Works great if you remember to clip it off when you put on your gear and when you are getting out of the water (they have a nasty habit of dragging on the ground when they are not clipped to your shoulder.)

Great ....

you don't find that the 5' floats up in front of you

I'd have to find somewhere else to put my pony reg as I don't want the looped long and the necklace

because my pony reg goes from a left mounted pony, across the back of my neck and onto a necklace

Under the right arm, across the chest, over the left shoulder and around the back of the neck
