Miami dives/dive-shops

I'm going to be in Miami several times over the next few months. Any recommendations for good local operators and quick, easy dives?

I searched a number of old threads and it seems like there is some decent diving right "in town."

Quite a bit of local shore diving. Also plenty of charter available too. Read the threads and post your plans and/or questions. That's what I did and have found lots of nice helpful folks here.
