I'm in miami at the end of the month - taking my gear, looking for a two tank dive from Miami.
Preferably morning while the kids are still sleeping.

Drive to the upper Keys. The hour it takes will be more than worth it.

Thanks for the feedback - decided to drive down to Key Largo and do the Spiegel Grove with Rainbow Reef.
