I have a day to kill in Miami (Friday, Dec. 21) and was hoping to spend it diving. Can any locals suggest some good dive boat operations? Also, any tips (such as suggestions on exposure suits, vis, etc.) on late December conditions in Miami would be appreciated. Thanks,
