There's some good video of Indian on that Unchartered Waters of Florida's Aqua Caves video.

There's simply no way that Florida caves are even in the same league as Mexican caves in terms of beauty.

I guess you have a point. I could say the Appalachian Mountains are just over grown hills compared to the Rockies.:) Actually I think it is probably unfortunate because maybe you haven't had a chance to see the best Florida can offer. I frequently guide, and often take people from different parts of the world, and cave diving experiences, and never I ever heard,"that was okay". In reality I never compare Mexico, with Florida, with Georgia, and with Missouri caves. They all have their unique aspects,it would be like comparing abstract art with classical art.

I have never dived Florida caves bit I have dived quite a few Mexican caves. They are very beautiful but I agree with karstdvr on this. Just because Florida caves are different than Mexican caves does not make them any less appealing in their own right. I fully intend to go dive some Florida caves this year and I doubt I will be disappointed. I have dived beautiful Canadian caves and some very nice Thai caves as well. They all have their appeal. Cave diving is enjoyable to me no matter where I do it. I hope you have the same experience.

Anything sucks compared to the Rocky Mountains! Went to RMNP this past year and it's the first time I didn't want to come back home to FL after a week of vacation! I get what you're saying, but the Rockies blew me away, I hope I can find an IT job out there sometime soon :)

Florida caves are ugly. Everyone should go dive the Mexico caves and just stay out of the Florida caves.

Thanks for all the info.

You are just making me want to go there too.
