Canon 400D / XTi
Sigma 17-70 lens
2 stop graduated ND filter to bring the brightness of the sky down
ISO 100
f/11 to get everything in focus
25 sec exposure to smooth out the water and bring out the reflections

I focused probably 1/3 of the way into the shot so as to get adequate DOF everywhere.

I white balanced against a gray sweatshirt (didn't have a gray card with me). These shots were taken between 5:20 - 5:45am a couple days ago. Then I went back to bed for another couple hours
