Nice first shots. The second one are a pair of basket stars. Its rare to see them swimming - they are usually fixed to the wall.

Most imaging programs have a 'image size' or 'resize' menu under file or edit. Just choose 1000 by 800 or 800 by 600 pixels and then save as a jpg.
