this sat eve (24 jan) "kirsten gum - treasure hunter" will feature diving for megladon teeth off the hammerhead in venice. the program is on the travel channel at 9:00 pm.
megs are between 2 million and 35 million years old. at one time, megladon sharks were the #1 predators on our planet.
for a short time after retiring i worked on the hammerhead out of florida west scuba. the owner steve has an extraordinarily broad intelligence. marie, the divemaster, is one of the prettiest and nicest dm" s you will ever encounter. ken, the instructor is a wonderful salty lifetime instructor. all great people. enjoy them and the diving for sharks teeth.

Thanks for the heads up. I'll try to watch it. I had a good experience diving with Scuba West on a fossil dive over my Thanksgiving holiday.
