I will give my vote to Aquanauts. They are a great shop. I first dove with Nat before she was at Aquanauts and now that she is there I now dive with Aquanauts cause she is there.

It looks like my dive buddy and I will be heading down there in a few weeks for a week of diving with Aquanauts.

I would like to point out that one of the previous posts by Bubble Maker supports Phantom Divers. Please be aware that Phantom Divers is the operation that is primarily responsible for the bull shark feeding off the beaches of Playa. Supporting their operation is supporting what they do. If you support this - then go ahead and use Phantom Divers. If you object to the chumming of bull sharks adjacent to a public beach (or anywhere for that matter) then use a responsible diver operator in PDC. There are lots to choose from. This is a personal choice for me and many of the members of this Board.

The pick up information is correct and boutique dive centers that are not in the resorts are not allowed to pick up.

I always recommend, Abyss Dive Center, and Tank Ha Dive Center for recreational diving. Abyss has a great slogan, Safety, Diversity, FUn and Tank Ha caters to alot of the European Market. Both are very different in their feel but they are both well respected outfits. They have been here for over 13 years so they must be doing something right.

AND ANOTHER vote for Dennis, Carlos, Natalie, and the staff at Aquanauts in Puerto Aventuras. They have served us very well each time that we've brought divers to the cenotes. They are consistently safe, informative, and fun. They go out of their way to make each dive a memorable experience.
