Oxyknob adapter (for pressing it to a tank directly to test like you would with other brand analyzers)
Barb and BC Adapters (for connecting it to the LPI port on a regulator).
Lanyard (which I've never taken out of the packaging)
Unit works fine, I'm selling because I bought a dual gas O2/CO analyzer to use in place of this.
