Will be on a cruise which unfortunately arrives seemingly way too late for the morning boats. Since the ship isn't overnighting, we have to tender so while we arrive at 8am I would imagine it'll be 830am when we step foot on Maui. Anyone have any diving suggestions?

How about an afternoon dive? Lahaina Divers is a big op and has lots of choices.

Mala Pier from shore. Join Maui Mantas on FB to find a buddy. You want to have a dive flag as people have been cited for not having one.

From this morning's snorkel report:

Maui Snorkel Report

Aloha Kosta,

We appreciate the kind words we have received from you regarding the current situation in Maui.

Overnight, strong winds fueled fires that have caused significant damage to communities across Maui. Electricity and cell service is down in many areas. Roads are closed to Lahaina and other places.

Please focus on safety today and follow official, government instructions. With emergency service overwhelmed, we do not recommend recreating in the ocean.

You can learn more information at MauiNow, online, at this link.

Our hearts are with our Maui community and guests.
