You should schedule 2 or 3 days in Majuro. Raycrew is the only dive operator at the moment. Ask them to take you to the Aquarium, both incomeing and outgoing tide, Garden of Eden, Marker #9, Ennemanit Island, and try to get over to Arno Atoll, weather permitting. Kwajalein has more wrecks than Chuuk, everything from airplanes to the German heavy cruiser Prinz Eugen. Finding an operator can be difficult if you are not staying on the army base. Hideo Milne is the only guy I know operating out of Ebeye Island. Good luck and enjoy your trip.

If you have someone living on Kwajalein sponsoring you to stay on Kwaj, you will have great and relatively inexpensive diving available to you. If you do not have a Kwaj sponsor you will have to stay (and dive from) on Ebeye, and I would very strongly recommend against doing that.

We stayed on Majuro for one week over New Years this year. Raycrew is based at the Marshall Islands Resort, pretty easy to find on the ground floor to the right of the lobby. Looked like a good operation and they had quite a few divers when we stopped by. We dove privately as we stayed with friends on the island. The diving we did was quite spectacular. Crystal clear water and just dropping down by ourselves without a guide or anybody else, we found a helicopter and a plane...Tried to go to Arno, but the weather did not allow it.

In 2011 we spend a week on Kosrae at the Pacific Lodge. Great diving with amazing vis. Very very beautiful place.
