Burying the ocean conservation forum, under the "marine science and physiology" forum, does both a disservice.

Marine science and human diving physiology have nothing to do with each other, and combining them is confusing, and lowers the eyeballs.

Making them read the fine print, to find out conservation is hidden in there, does not get enough traffic on this critical area.

If we don't get serious about protecting our oceans and the critters we love to dive with, we'll all be diving in a giant cesspool crossed with a landfill of plastic.

Please give conservation it's own forum, and put it up near the top, where lots of folk will scan past it.

Thanks,
Don

Derway - I'm with you on this one ... I wonder if there is a way to get this message more attention, just so more users will comment on it and give it some weight. It is indeed a critical issue.

Thanks High desert. Maybe if we keep bouncing back and forth.

Or maybe if we used some swear words, the moderators would notice...

The hierarchy of forums is not to "bury" forums, but rather to categorize them properly. Making something a top level may or may not increase traffic.

If your suggestion were to be taken. Where would it go? Under what main category? Then the flip side to that is. Is adding more forums to the top level only "cluttering" the top level, which is also a frequent complaint.
