Thought I would share a problem to see if its only me.Recently qualified and took ages to choose a bcd. Eventually plumped for a ladies Mares one due to compression of the chest from others.Got a good deal and went to pool to try it out.Not Good! Even when fully inflated and with no weights i was so negatively buoyant. I was sinking to eye level. I realise that with a dry suit i would have some extra lift but that was no good to me during training and trying to tow someone. I swopped with my instructor and I was then ok but she had the same problem although not quite so bad. With another on I was floating to top of chest level. I know I am fairly small with not muchbody fat but has anyone else had a similar problem? Luckily the dive shop were really good and even though I wore it once are going to exchange it for another bcd.
