It is true over the past couple of years Mares had problems with parts in the US. As of today we have most parts availible and before end of year we will have all regular service parts in stock all the time. We have put a new internal program in place to address this. We have made many changes in the past 6 months, the benefits of these changes should start to be felt in the market place.

If your LDS still has a problem, have them contact our customer service manager (Nick Sellers) or myself (I will be out of office until next week.)

Also, Stefano has left the company for a new opportunity with Fila in Europe.
