Mares Quad Air and DiversDiary

Hi there. New to the board so be gentle with me.

I recently purchased a new Mares Quad Air with transmiter for a fantastic price. I realize that there are newer computers out there, but I wanted to get into the air integrated scene without jumping in head first...
Anyway, 2 questions:

1. I am trying to update the firmware using the Mares App and my newly purchased BlueLink Pro transmitter. It looks for new firmware, but doesn't update. According to Mares, my computer has a lower version of firmware, and I would obviously like to get it current. I have downloaded the firmware to my laptop, but how can I 'push' the firmware update to the computer?
2. All over the Mares website, and even on the boxes for the product, it talks about DiversDiary for Mac and to download it from the App store...nope. No longer there. Anybody have the dmg file kicking around that I can get?

Hi ian. i have one too. I understand what you are saying. Between you and me an upgrade of the firmware will not change much for the computer itself. What year it s been produced ? Could you find out ?

Thanks for the reply. I didn't figure much will change. I just want to make sure it's the newest available. I can check the box for a manu date, but it says firmware date of 10-01-18. I'd like to get something a wee bit newer LOL
