Mares Plana Avanti and boots Seaboot Mare

I am considering buying fins with boots, I found Mares Plana Avanti and boots Seaboot Mare used like new
What do you think, are they good?

Do you think I can buy used fins and boots or you would suggest avoiding that and buying new for hygiene?

Used fins are fine assuming they are in reasonable condition. I personally use and like Mares fins. Boots are a little more personal but if they were in good shape and what I wanted and a good price I'd consider buying used. I'd make sure they are no holes and the soles aren't worn out and they aren't so old or poorly cared for that the neoprene is falling apart..
