Yes, simply take your USB interface w/ missing prongs to an authorized Mares dealer, please don't forget to bring your receipt of purchase, and they should be able to coordinate you receiving a new clip.

Best,

Best,
Zak,
Final I found somebody got the same problem with me, one of the prongs of the USB interface for my Mares icon HD also be broken. Because I got the computer from abroad with internet, I have to pay for the spare part to the local dealer, and I also got one more for backup, in fact, it's really easy to be broken. The clip is really hard, when I tried to amount the clip, I have to pull up the part with prongs very strongly, but the clip is very thin, with first sight it looks like very easy to be broken, so sometimes the prongs will touch the back of the dive computer, after several times, the prong is broken at last. Why Mares not to use a device like a traditional clips? just like this one I attached herewith. I think with this kind of clips device the USB interface will be much easier to be amounted and it's very easy to check if the prongs at the right position. Could you send this message to the person who in charge of the developing? maybe they have a very good reason to use a device like the one now used, but I don't think it's easy to use in some sides. I really want to say in my side the Mares icon HD is a really nice dive computer, but if the USB interface can be amounted much more easily, it will be much better.
Best regards.

Hi all, just got back from a dive trip and found the emergency ascent alarm super sensitive to some arm movement when diving in current and surge. I ended up turning the alarm feature off but was it appears to turn all alarms off. Can you disable just the ascent alarm only? If so how, if not I would suggest it as an option in the next firmware update. Thanks

Zak, I know this is a very old topic, but felt like I needed vent for a moment...even thought I don't think that Mares really cares. I bought my Icon HD over a year ago at the same time that I comitted to a once in a lifetime tropical trip. Based on promises from Mares, I felt there was no worry about getting the transmitter in time for my trip. My mistake was believing the promises from "MARES" Well, never again... Thanks guys for destroying my faith in your company.

Why didn't you just get a pressure gauge and enjoy your trip? I have an Icon and yes I want mine as well. I just started diving so I still need more dives under my belt but I like the thing. I dove with some Manta rays at night and boy was that nice and bright... Maybe that's why they kept flying over me.

My trip is in 2 weeks and I will enjoy my trip. I have another computer, ScubaPro SmartCom with pressure, but it's hard for these old eyes to see. It's a pain to have to use both. I was really looking forward to having its full functionality for this trip, so was whining a little. 

I just whined a little too about the Divers diary and my Mac. I'm having a little issue in them talking where my work "windows" laptop works great.

I hope you have a great time on your trip and be safe....

Follow up to my previous message. I ended up paying for the part ($59) but Mares overnighted the part to the dive shop (who in turn shipped it to me on vacation in Maui). I got the part before the batteries on my computer were half way drained.

Zak (although I think the part could use some design remedy for durability) can you thank the Mares crew for shipping it so quickly for me?

Well it is March almost April, the previously suggested release months, is there a firm AI release date yet? I ask becasue I just came by a fantastic deal on one of these but I need the AI, so if the AI upgrade is not coming out soon I have my Luna all picked out :D
