Mares Demon mask - corrective lenses?

I am wanting to replace my old and yellowing TUSA mask, and I absolutely love the Mares equipment. I was looking on the mares website and it says that the Demon mask has the corrective lenses option, but when I do a search on the web, I cannot find any companies that sell the corrective lenses for that mask?

Have any of you put corrective lenses in your Demon mask, and if so...where did you purchase them from?

I just went to your website, but I cannot find any prices for the bonded lenses. What are the prices, and what is the process for bonding?
