What is the difference between the quattro and quattro +

Not certain...but I think quattro is a full foot fin & the '+' has a open heal with a rubber tubing strap on the heal.

I think you can get a full foot anf open heel in both fins

I find the plus a little less stiff and prone to being a "little" twisty when frog kicking. The plus comes with rubber straps as standard.

Not much. I have the older Avanti Quattro. I bought the newer style heel straps. A great all-around fin.

So, is there a difference between the Planar Avanti Quattro and Avanti Quattro? Looking at used fins...

The Quattro + has a little more flex to them and are also a couple inches longer

As buddhasummer said, the plus version is marketed as a little less stiff, especially at the tips and comes with the bungee straps.

I can tell very little difference between the two. To me, the difference is the price of the straps which new can run between 30 and 35 dollars.

I'm diving slipstreams and was thinking on giving these a try as I notice a lot of sidemount divers using them
