Hi All,

Recently picked up the Mantis computer, which I really like right now. I bought the USB cradle this week which I was told was the same one used for the Meridian.

I've installed logtrak and drviers on both PC and Mac, in both cases no connection is detected. I'd like to get my dive logs off the computer as files as soon as possible, does anyone have any experience using the USB Cradle? Looking at the software it does seem like a bit of an afterthought....

Regards

Matt

When connecting the cradle, it is important to know what port your PC has assigned the cradle to. With the cradle plugged in, go to the device manager and click on the ports (COM & LPT) arrow. Note the port assigned to the cradle and make that selection in LogTrak, to complete the cradle connection. If you use different USB ports at different times, you will need to go through the port identification process for each different port used.
