I'm looking to buy either a jr, or sr manta reel that has a brake. It doesn't have to be in great shape.

I actually need two if anyone has any that they're looking to get rid of.

If you mean "brake", its to stop/slow down the spool so that it doesn't create a tangle e.g. a 'birds nest'.
