You won't be disappointed. I dove twice with Kona Honu divers it was awesome, we had front row seats, they had very good lights and the crew was Great! Both times there was a free lance videographer that had great footage of our dive available for sale.
I tried the shore dive at the Sheraton Hotel back in 2008. it was a long swim with minimal results. I am not much for crowds but in the case of Manta dives the more the merrier! More divers means more lights and Plankton which computes to more action.
