Has anyone ever dove Manchester State Park near Port Orchard? I headed over there today and hiked, and the water look great, and it's an old fort and the park ranger was saying there are still parts of the fort that are submerged now that have not been found and would be a great project for divers. I was going to start diving over the but was wondering if anyone has any information on it?
