Mammoth Park?????????

Has anyone herd any updated news about Mamoth Park, is it open yet?

Yep...Fantasy Lake was nice, not so crowded. Lake Rawlings was also nice but it was real crowded as there is only one entrance point to get into the water so it gtes pretty mucked up. Both lakes (Quaries) had outstanding vis though over 20'

It is actaully one of the nicest places that I have dove so far.....Just a bit hard to find, lol.

We have been working on Mammoth Lake just about evertime we get a chance. The offical date of opening is the 1st weekend of March. Last Saturday we bouyed this "Island Girl" a 60' turn of the last century "rum runner". I am sure we will be back in the lake this weekend making sure everything is bouyed and placement of the airration(sp) system.

I have been trying to giving most up-dates on this thread.

Can I get some information on Fantasy Lake and Lake Rawlings?
I have never heard of them before. A brief description (maybe a new thread) and geographic location would be much appreciated. I am looking for new/different dive sites. Thanks.

Fantasy Lake Scuba Park This is in NC awsome dive park

Lake Rawlings - A Scuba and Camping Park This is in Va also a great place I prefered Fantasy lake over this though.

You might also try Wonder Lake, aka Canyon Lake. You go there and wonder why you bothered.
