Maldives in May 2007

Hi all,

Am planning a trip to Maldives next May and seeking recommendations on resorts (good for a couple), dive ops and sites. No LOB. 5 days. Any advice?

Been twice. Unpretentious but well-serviced resort. Dive operation (Pro-Divers) know their stuff. Shore-diving available.

I am planning to visit maldives on may too.
Heard that in May the visibility is not so good.
Is the water still crystal on May?

Been there in May & the visibility was up to 100 feet. Going again this May!

When in May are you all heading? I'm looking to head there btwen 5/19 to 5/31.
Just starting to do the research now, and of course, the first place was Da' Board!

I found some great deals on Emirates, but I'm flying the opposite direction (east, not west, as I assumed you'd fly from cali).
