Hi guys,
I hope you're doing good!
Currently I am in the process of booking our next trip to the Maldives. I am a beginner diver with 15 dives completed (PADI Open Water).
We are looking at data range end march - first two weeks of April 2020. I have done some searches online and found that, apparently, South Ari atoll (around Maamigili, Dhangethi) is the place you want to be for Manta rays and whale sharks.
Also found online an operator on Addu Atoll (all the way down south) which claims that Mantas can be seen all year round, with highest odds around Full moon (which is April 8th).
I was wondering whether you guys have any experience with this? I am very curious!
Many thanks and best
