Is a early 80's mako k14 with under a 1000hours a good deal for 3500? will it be good if i get into blending n stuff? any help is welcome

No...it's a compressor.
Electric or gas? 1 or 3 phase if electric?
Fill whip included?
Filters?
condition?
Might be a good deal if it fits your needs... volume required etc.
has there been any testing of the air recently?

What block is the K14, K14-85 or K14 06 Mod? Mako used both before switching to Compair/Reavell.

its a ka14 e3 three phase. No whips it has MK-1-C Filtration looks in great condition it going to be for home use so not much volume at all

Few folks have three phase at home. Unless you do, factor in another $365 or so for a single phase motor.

From what I read, the amperage draw is higher with a VFD, especially at start up. Also the cost is about the same. Might as well get a brand new motor?
