As a rule, how far in advance do you typically need to make reservations for dive charters in the Keys?

I'm going to be down in Florida from June 23rd through July 9th but have not made any dive reservations yet because A) I'm still working out my schedule as to where I will be when and B) there are so many charter operations down there to choose from.

Thanks guys.

We typically try to make them 90 days or so in advance, especially with the real small 4-6 pack ops. Most ops, however, need only a few days, but appreciate as much as you can give them. There are often open spots the "day of," but you can't count on it. The short answer is, make reservations as soon as you know your schedule. Moxie
