I’ll probably be in the minority on this one but I'm always a little uncomfortable with these 'trick shows' at aquariums. It's been a while since I’ve been, so things might have changed, but Vancouver has a wonderful aquarium, and they don’t do any of the tricks with the belugas or orcas during the shows. They’ll have a staff person narrating the animals’ behaviour – explaining what the various bahaviours mean and so forth – and while the cute factor is way lower, it’s really interesting.

I gotta admit though, the way the beluga kind of puckers up to blow those rings is pretty cute… :05:

Those Belugas are so cool! I saw a few at the Mystic Aquarium in CT-beautiful animals!
