LP pressure hose blows on first dive

My sister had her LP hose rupture on its first dive while on vaction. The dive operation had a replacment on board and save the dive. Since it only cost us $20.00 to replace and we are so far from our LDS we are not worried about getting a replacment / warrenty but I am wondering if you guys want it to look over??
