Well, Why would Lowes sell this type of oxygen huffing sippy cup? The possibilities for mis-use are not hard to imagine.
Edited to correct from Home Depot to Lowes, my mistake.

Non prescription when it isn't 100% They market it alot in high altitude locations were tourists get alt sickness when they really should be drinking more water.
Like Kilimanjaro?
 
I recall seeing them in the airport in Denver.
What I noticed was everyplace that had them, it was fully stocked. In a world where anything that is slightly in demand is having shortages, there was no shortages.
Then again, ski season has not started yet. Excess money, excess alcohol consumption, lack of hydration, over exertion... and 'the air is thinner'
 
Aha, So maybe because High altitude Lowes sell it, EVERY Lowes ends up with it, even low altitude Boston area.
