Except for a lack of bathroom facilities you will probably not find a prettier, easier (except for the wee hill) spot at Lake Winnipesaukee than Clark Point. After diving it's just a short drive (back) into Wolfeboro for chow.

Newfound lake up that way has a nice shore dive at "The Ledges"....drops down to 140.....no place to park though...have to be dropped off and gear picked up...but cool rock formations wrecked car etc.

Newfound Lake is rather farther along than Lake Winnip. Add to that if you are "up there" outside of tourist season you will probably find yourself very much alone; make certain your cell phone can acquire a signal.

I dove there.

The Lady of the Lake is a decent wreck in Winnipesaukee. Definitely be wary of when you dive it though. NH pleasure craft operators aren't the smartest bunch when it comes to recognizing what a dive flag is. On a weekend in the summer you're bound to have a fair amount of overhead traffic. You can do the Lady as an ice dive later in the year when the visibility is clearer and there's less chance of being mowed down.
