I notice alot of talk about how great the Diving is in San Carlos and how there are so many Sea Lions. Is'nt there anything else out there that might feed on the Sea Lions that divers should be concerned about?

Just curious since im starting to plan our next trip down there since all the Dive shops here in AZ seem to go there ;)

Although great whites can be found in a lot of areas of the world, I think I'd worry more about tiger sharks if they get that far north in the Gulf. I've seen them in the midriff islands region of the Sea of Cortez.

We have great whites in our waters, but it is pretty rare that divers even see them.

rojos diablos ... the red devil a GIANT squid that lives deep in the ravines... Doubtful you would even get to see it ... however it has been pulled up by local fishermen from time time ...

it will be fun diving.
