Lots of crappy dive sites!

how the hell did Dutch springs get such a bad ranking there. That place is usally crystal clear and warm year round (compared to other quarries here). I agree with the big diver comment straping on all there tech gear but the quarry is real nice other wise.

Yeah, I agree. I think people are posting things just to be funny. Beaver Lake was listed? One of the clearest lake dives for hundreds of miles. A bit cool, but still worth the drive IMHO.

Over-all, I did find the site funny though.

Yeah, beaver aint that bad. I have been there a lot. Table Rock is worse...

Yeah, I agree. I've dove there most of this past summer and most of the time it was 20-30 ft viz. One day was a total zero viz dive, but that was a lot of rain and runoff on the back side of the quarry from that corporate center. I had a lot of days that it was 50' or better. General good rating though. And I thought the guy was over generous about Willow Springs!! I was up yesterday, and it was like 5ft. Couldn't even tell what the boats were.

I agree with lots of tech divers. But then again, that's all I dive with....Also, you have all the DIR training going on during the summer...not going to comment on that...

We were up last Nov. and this guy had on 120 doubles, reels, o2 bottles....man, he could hardly walk!! That was funny!
