They're GREAT! I haven't quite figured out how to secure big weights so they don't slide on the rubber, but the buckle with the tongue is secure and extremely easy to release when you want to.

I use serrated weight keepers. For brick weights, I use one for weight. For bullet weights, I use one on each side of the set of bullet weights. No slippage, on each.
