contact your closest ssi facility that is certified to run these.
I have lost my PDIC Card from 1978; Key Coloney Divers, Open water diver and my SSI Nitrox card from Scubadventures, Naples, FL. I believe 2019. I am at least trying to get a digital copy of my Nitrox Certification. If someone has information please send it to me. bkhcorp@gmail.com. Thank you, Benny

Scubadventures in Naples is an SDI shop, not an SSI shop; have you asked the shop directly about your Nitrox cert? If it is an SDI card, you can search for it at Certification Search -

I'm not sure you mean a dive shop called Key Colony Divers, and you may mean PADI rther than PDIC. Key Colony is a place in the Florida Keys. PDIC disn't start until 1975, in California; I'd be surprised if they were in a shop in the Keys in 1978,

There is a Benjamin Krick certified OW by PADI in 2010 and AOW in 2011, by Scuba Outfiters in Naples. Is this you? If so, why do you need that PDIC card?

By the way, SDI shows a Computer Nitrox card for you on the link I provided earlier. It is not an SSI card. On that same site, you can order a replacement card if you want.

you should easily be able to get a replacement nitrox card from 2019 either through the shop that certified you or the agency that issued the card.
