Lost or stolen? Crescent Bay North, Laguna Beach

I was taking my OW class for two dives yesterday (Sat Nov 22) at Crescent Bay, had a line with weight belt anchor and SMB as a float attached in the sand near the reef. It was sitting in place for our first dive, still there when we exited the water.

We switched tanks, entered for our second dive and it was gone. I hope someone took it assuming it was abandoned. If that was you and you'd like to return it, please let me know so we can work out the logistics.

That was probably mine; we finished Dive 1 right around 11:30. Was it still attached to the line and anchor when you saw it?
