I went out this evening for a post-work dive with Heidi, and she managed to lose her mask before we got a chance to submerge.

The tide was crazy low at Cove 2 this evening, so if it's there, it's in 3 feet of water or less - which is probably around 10 - 15 feet in a normal exchange...so about three feet below where the large blocky pieces start and the fist-sized bedding of stones end. It would've been dead center there, more or less, we think. Too murky for me to find it, unfortunately, and we're not sure precisely where it popped off her head while we were putting on fins.

Anyway - if you happen to find it, or know someone who has it, give me a PM and I'd love to get it back for her. It's your basic recreational mask - clear skirt, I think it's actually framed, snorkel attached (if you somehow managed to "lose" that, I'd be grateful...but she'd probably not be), and a neoprene strap, probably with a somewhat faded "silent world" logo on it.
