A strange incident at Anacapa Island, Garden Spot has left me with a hole in my console where my computer used to be.
A search below the boat did not locate the computer. If you find it , I will pay a reward for its return.
Its an UWATEC/ ScubaPro Alladin Prime. Just the hockey puck size computer is missing.
Thanks.

How the heck does a puck come out of its boot? I just replaced my battery on my puck and it took a great effort to get that puppy loose.

Any chance of uuhhhhh, let's see, how to put this.....misappropriation of goods?

No joke<
the puck popped out due to the console being twistwed between the stuck pressure hose and the soon to be broken lanyard.
I priced a wrist model and the cheapest is $385. Put some sealant in the cup near the edge as insurance.

and to think i was upset with the wife for losing a mask and snorkel ... more the mask it was a prescription one on the same day.

oo and i drive by ur name every day only time i can recall water in that lake was in 2005.

Thanks ScottFiji. It was a weird event for sure. I searched out to about 60 meters down current from the boat with no luck. There was just enough current to lay the kelp down like a carpet. The vis was good, but the small size of the unit and its black case made it invisible if it was anywhere in the searched area. The Dive Master Mike searched also.
I am not sure how buoyant those computers are.
Big dilemna now is to get another Uwatec Alladin or upgrade. $$$$
Aloha!
