How was the wreck? Curious if the relief has changed any with the latest storm.

it was alright we only had 4ish foot of viz. it seem to be uncovered found it very easy first time i have been there so i cant say if it has changed. we did two dives there seen a lot of octopus and a few other fish

Looks like we might need to do a Whiskey dive sometime soon Bugman. I would love to actually SEE the wreck sometime. Hey, how about just for old times sake I hold on to your BC while we do the dive???:D

LOL, the Whiskey crawl!

While I don't have any info on the camera I'm pretty sure I saw y'all coming in after your dive. We have a condo just down from Bahama Bob's and were on the balcony when a couple of people surfaced and came in. I've never dove the Whiskey Wreck but I've heard that it is usually covered up so I haven't tried. Anyway, hope y'all had a great dive other than losing the camera.

I wouldn't say its usually covered up, but it has been fairly covered over the last few years. Its been worthwhile more than not over the last 6 years I've been diving for sure.

If you want to give it a try, shoot me a line next time you come into town.

i had a spear gun with me thought i might get to do some spear fishing but viz droped out about 30 foot before we got to the wreck from the beach out to were the bottom was 12ish foot the viz was great but around the wreck it was 3-4 foot

We'll do that. Unfortunately it will be a while before we are back. Our snowbirds come in December and aren't out til March. :depressed:
Oh well...now it's just something to look forward to.
